Our offshore model for mechanical design and drafting aims to provide high-quality design services while leveraging teams of engineers from countries with lower labor costs, such as Vietnam, in compliance with international standards. Design engineers carry out their work under the supervision of external contractors (offshore) or client company managers and team leaders. Engineers work in dedicated office spaces and utilize remote communication systems, functioning as if they are part of the client’s organization.

A. Main Processes:

1. Analysis of Client Requirements

  • Analyze design requirements from clients (partner companies).
  • Create a summary of design requirements and compile a specification document that includes work standards.

2. Selection of Engineering Team

  • Utilize our efficient recruitment channels, including internal hiring, to select suitable candidates with expertise, experience, and language skills.
  • Ensure candidates are proficient with CAD tools such as AutoCAD, SolidWorks, Inventor, Creo, Top Solid, and IronCAD.
  • Interviews and hiring decisions can be conducted according to client preferences, allowing for optimal candidate selection through online or in-person interviews.

3. Remote Communication

Establish an efficient communication system using email, video conferencing (Zoom, Teams), and project management software.

1. Offshore Design Engineers

  • Personnel hired in Vietnam who have undergone pre-training.
